I’m here to help you build capacity for your organization from the inside. I assist nonprofits and philanthropic groups that are focused on the arts, education, housing, human services, public spaces, and beyond to increase their impact. I work with newly established organizations and those who have been around for decades.

Why Organizations Choose to Work with Me

I’m here to support your organization and the people on your team.

I work alongside nonprofits to turn complex fundraising and grant processes into clear, actionable steps — so you can confidently implement new strategies and secure the funding you need.

I’ve been in your shoes, and understand this work from the inside.

I've been an executive director, a development director, a campaign leader, and even a board member. That means I understand what it takes to do the work – board dynamics, staff capacity challenges, and the pressure to get it all done, which is often much more than just raising funds.

I build things that last.

Every template, timeline, and plan I create is designed to be used by your team long after our engagement ends. The goal is your independence, not my continued involvement.
