As a consultant, I partnered with the PTSA to strengthen its fundraising efforts and build long-term sustainability. The organization needed a strategy to diversify its funding base and increase organizational capacity. I conducted a comprehensive organizational assessment, including a stakeholder survey that gathered insights from staff, board members and families.
Together, we launched their annual campaign and developed a community-centered case for support to align with the school’s priorities. I also conducted grant research and coached volunteers through the full grant process; research, proposal writing, submission so they could sustain this work beyond the scope of my engagement.
